PrismHR
To connect your PrismHR account with Bindbee, your PEO may need to configure API access for the integration.
You will need to share the following information with your PEO:
- The Bindbee Magic Link provided to you
- IP addresses for allowlisting
- The PrismHR API methods required by the integration
PrismHR allows a Web Service User’s access to be restricted by API methods, clients and IP addresses. Your PEO should therefore create or update a PrismHR Web Service User with the access described below.
1. Magic Link
Open the Bindbee Magic Link shared with you by your provider.
You will be asked to enter the following PrismHR API credentials:
- Base Domain
- API Username
- API Password
- PEO ID
Depending on your setup, these credentials may already be available in your dashboard. Alternatively, your PEO can provide the credentials or enter them directly through the Bindbee Magic Link.
2. IP Addresses Allowlist
Your PEO must add the appropriate IP addresses to the Allowed IPs configuration of the PrismHR Web Service User.

PrismHR’s Allowed IPs setting controls which IP addresses can use the Web Service User’s credentials to access the API.
3. Enable the Required API Methods
Your PEO must grant the PrismHR Web Service User access to the following API methods.
Authentication
Company
Employees
Benefits
Payroll
The availability of some BenefitService methods can depend on the PrismHR API version configured by the PEO.
4. Complete the Connection
Return to the Magic Link, enter the PrismHR base domain, API username and password, PEO ID, and submit the connection. The data will begin with Bindbee syncing soon!
