How to Authenticate
to create a connector with lever in bindbee follow these steps creating and authorising lever connector step 1 open the bindbee dashboard click on create connector button step 2 enter the information about the organisation for which you are building the connector for the purposes of this demo, let's assume that the company is spacex ! step 3 select category as ats and provide appropriate unique id to uniquely identify the connector and click on next step 4 select lever from the list to create the connector for lever and then click on create link step 5 you can copy the link and send it to the person who will authorise your connector with lever step 6 open the magic link to open the connector linking page notice the scopes mentioned these are the scopes which define the parameters that are going to be synced from lever to bindbee click on "allow and continue" to proceed step 7 a lever authorisation page will appear notice the scopes that are shows the parameters that can be accessed by bindbee from lever click on accept to proceed step 8 after this we can see that the connection has been successfully established viewing the sync status on dashboard step 1 after creating the connector, the data will start syncing shortly to view the connector details, open the bindbee dashboard and click on connectors step 2 click on the connector created above for our example, it is spacex step 3 wait for the connector sync status to turn to synced the logs associated with the api calls can be viewed there as well getting the unified data from bindbee unified apis step 1 the unified apis for bindbee can be viewed on the api documentation page here https //docs bindbee dev/ats/activity/get activities step 2 authenticating and authorising bindbee apis require two parameters api key connector token step 3 to get the api key from bindbee, open the dashboard and click on api key section step 4 regenerate the api key and save it in the local machine for future reference copy it and paste it in the bearer token headers step 3 next to get the connector token, open the connector we created above step 4 copy the connector token and paste it in the headers as 'x connector token ' step 5 call the api as per the documentation and you can see the responses in unified format scopes list of scopes (read) supported for lever integration application attachment candidate department eeoc job job interview stages offers offices reject reasons remote users scheduled interviews score cards screening questions tags note the user can customise the scopes through the bindbee dashboard in order to enquire about the scopes for the lever app, contact mailto\ support\@bindbee dev
