How long is a Magic Link valid?

A Magic Link is valid for 7 days from the moment you create it. After that it stops working, and you need to send your customer a new link.

If the link expired before your customer used it

Create a new Magic Link from New connector and send it to your customer again. Mention the 7-day window when you send it, so they have their credentials ready before they open it.

If an existing connector needs re-authorizing

Don't create a new connector. Open the existing connector and click Relink Connector to get an updated Magic Link for that same connector. The connector keeps its connector_token, history and record IDs.
